A Performance & Life System for Working Professional Men

Discipline beats motivation. Systems beat willpower. Most productivity templates either ignore your physical and financial life entirely, or scatter it across five different apps you never open. APEX puts your career, your training, your finances, and your goals in one connected system — built around how your energy actually moves through a demanding week, not a fantasy version of it. What's Inside 🎯 Vision & Values Define what success actually means to you — not the version handed to you — and choose the five values that filter every career and life decision. 🧭 Life Audit An honest audit across 7 areas: Career, Health & Fitness, Finances, Relationships, Mind & Growth, Home, and Self/Purpose. See what's working, what needs attention, and what to focus on this quarter. ⚡ Energy & Performance Framework Low → Maintain, Normal → Execute, High → Build. Log your energy and match your tasks to how you actually feel — protect your energy like it's your most valuable asset, because it is. 🎯 Goals — 90 Days, Not 90 Distractions Choose 3 goals that matter, not 30 that overwhelm you. Full goal tracking across every life area, not just career. here the notion template link 💼 Career & Growth Career vision, 90-day focus, a Professional Network tracker so relationships don't go cold, and a Reading & Learning tracker for the books, courses, and podcasts actually moving the needle. 🏋️ Fitness Log Simple, non-medical training log — strength, cardio, mobility, sport — built for consistency, not perfection. 💰 Finances & Wealth Building Personal financial planning and reflection across income, investing, savings, and debt payoff goals. 📅 Daily, Weekly & Monthly Rhythm A daily log built around deep work and training, plus weekly and monthly resets to keep you honest about what's actually working. 🧠 Brain Dump & Wins Log Capture ideas before they're lost, and log wins across career, health, finances, and relationships — read it back on hard days.
